Keyun is a pioneer in the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of baculovirus-based bio-insecticides and has become the leading manufacturer and supplier of a broad range of biocontrol solutions in China.
Keyun's history can be traced back to 2003, when Keyun was co-founded by the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences with HJBI. Under the technical support of IOZ, CAC, Keyun began to produce its first baculovirus-based bio-insecticide, Helicoverpa armigera nucleopolyhedrovirus. After achieving great success in the marketing and sales of Helicoverpa armigera NPV in China and abroad, Keyun successively developed a wide range of baculovirus-based bio-insecticides such as Spodoptera exigua multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeMNPV),Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpltNPV), Spodoptera frugiperda multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (SfMNPV), Plutella xylostella granulosis virus (PxGV), including their raw materials and formulations.
Meanwhile, with the expertise and advantage in mass rearing of various insects, Keyun has also successfully developed a broad range of biocontrol solutions such as beneficial insects, fungal insecticides, pheromones and traps.
